Wizard4SocialMedia.com will not be held liable for loss in any way for users who have not read the below terms of service.

By registering, depositing money or placing an order on Wizard4SocialMedia, you automatically accept all the below listed terms of service whether you read them or not.

1. General

  • We reserve the right to change these terms of service without notice. You are expected to read all terms of service before placing any order to ensure you are up to date with any changes or any future changes.
  • You will only use the Wizard4SocialMedia.com website in a manner which follows all the rules of Instagram/Facebook/Twitter/Youtube/Other social media sites as mentioned on their individual Terms of Service pages.
  • Wizard4SocialMedia.com rates are subject to change at any time without notice. The payment/refund policy stays in effect in the case of rate changes.
  • Wizard4SocialMedia.com does not guarantee a delivery time for any of our services. We offer our best estimation for when the order will be delivered. This is only an estimation and Wizard4SocialMedia.com may not be able to cancel/refund orders that are processing if you feel they are taking too long. If you find yourself in a situation where you want to cancel an order, you can contact us and we will cancel/refund it if possible. The decision is up to us.
  • Wizard4SocialMedia.com tries hard to deliver exactly what is expected from us by our customers. In this case, we reserve the right to change a service type if we deem it necessary to complete an order.
  • Wizard4SocialMedia.com reserves the right to remove any service and change any service details without prior notice.

Liabilities: Wizard4SocialMedia.com is in no way liable for any account suspension or picture deletion done by Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube or any other social media platform.

2. Service

  • Wizard4SocialMedia.com will only be used to promote your social media profiles, pages, posts and videos and help boost your "Appearance" only.
  • We DO NOT guarantee your new followers/likes will interact with you; we simply guarantee you will get the followers/likes you pay for.
  • We DO NOT guarantee 100% of our accounts will have a profile picture, full bio and uploaded content.
  • You will not upload anything into the Wizard4SocialMedia.com site including nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for the social media communities.
  • We provide a refill guarantee for most of our services. If a service description mentions a refill guarantee and you experience a drop within that period, contact us and we will refill the drop. If the refill guarantee time has expired, there will be no refund and no refill. If we fail to refill, we will refund you in site credit.
  • We can't guarantee safety for any page, profile, post or video. If your page/profile/post/video gets removed for any reason, it's not our fault. You buy at your own risk.
  • Don't buy for the same link at the same time from us and from a different place. We can't guarantee that you will get the full amount of followers or likes if you do this.
  • Orders for private accounts, dead pages and incorrect links may be cancelled and refunded to your balance. In rare cases, we may not be able to cancel or refund such orders. Please ensure your account is public and the link is correct before ordering.

3. Refund Policy

  • Any incomplete or undelivered order will be refunded to the user's balance to be used on Wizard4SocialMedia.com.
  • Refunds can be made to your payment method. We prefer you to use your balance on our site. If you have balance you would like refunded, contact us. We reserve the right to not refund the full amount due to bonuses or processing fees.
  • You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason.
  • If you file a dispute or chargeback, we reserve the right to terminate all current and future orders, ban you from our site, and take away any services delivered to your social media accounts.
  • Private account/post/video orders may or may not qualify for a refund. The decision is solely up to us.
  • Fraudulent activity such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards will lead to immediate termination of your account.

4. Registration

  • By registering you confirm that you are over 13 years old or free from parental care, and that you understand and accept these Terms & Conditions.

5. Copyright

  • You cannot copy or duplicate any text, images or software provided on Wizard4SocialMedia.com without written agreement. The only exception is the site template/theme - buying it gives you the license described on the Template (Get Your Own Panel) page, and that license is the written agreement for the template only.

6. Additional Disclaimers

Client use of the services delivered from Wizard4SocialMedia.com is client responsibility. Neither Wizard4SocialMedia.com nor its affiliates shall be liable for any loss, injury, or damages arising out of client access or use of the service. Clients hereby waive any and all claims against Wizard4SocialMedia.com arising out of the use of the service.

7. Account Safety

By using our service you agree to not hold us responsible nor liable for any account loss (including banning) on any social network. You assume any and all risk to your social and other accounts, including any account you use to promote Wizard4SocialMedia through the affiliate program or Share & Earn, and assume full responsibility for any loss of income or assets.  

8. Affiliate Program, Share & Earn and VIP

  • Affiliate program: Commission is earned on eligible orders placed by users who registered through your affiliate link. It is created only once the order is completed or partially completed, and it can be held for a number of days before it becomes available to withdraw. The length of the hold depends on how the referred user paid.
  • If the order or payment behind a commission is refunded, cancelled or disputed, the commission can be reversed or removed. Commission rates, hold days, minimum payouts and withdrawal fees are displayed on the Affiliate page, and we may change them at any time. Changes apply to future commissions and withdrawals.
  • Self-referrals, fake or duplicate accounts, spam and misleading promotion are not permitted. If we detect abuse, we reserve the right to cancel or withhold commissions, block withdrawals and remove you from the affiliate program. You are also responsible for following the rules of any website or platform where you share your affiliate link.
  • Share & Earn: A reward is credited to your balance only after we have verified your submission, and whether it qualifies is decided by us. Each reward can be claimed once per user unless we agree otherwise. Your submission has to meet the requirements listed for the task and remain online for as long as the task requires.
  • Opening new accounts to claim the same reward again is not accepted. Doing so may result in a rejected claim, removal of your balance and suspension of your account. Any submission that does not meet the requirements may be rejected.
  • VIP: VIP status depends on how much you have spent on completed and partially completed orders, and it unlocks automatically once you reach the threshold shown on the VIP page. Deposits and bonuses only count once they are spent on orders.
  • We may change the VIP threshold and benefits at any time, and nobody is grandfathered. Raising the threshold can remove VIP status from some users, and lowering it can give it to more.

9. Site Template

  • The site template is a digital product that you receive in full when you buy it. Since it cannot be returned, it is not refundable.
  • If you find a genuine bug, meaning something that is actually broken, contact us and we will fix it, whether or not you bought support. Features or changes you would like the template to have are not considered bugs.
  • A license covers a limited number of domains, and extra domains can be licensed for an additional fee. What is included, the exact scope of the license and the current prices are described on the Template (Get Your Own Panel) page, which applies together with these terms.
  • By paying for the template you agree not to file a dispute or chargeback. If you do, we reserve the right to revoke your license and support, cancel any orders you have placed with us and suspend your account.
